Third-Party Testing & Quality Assurance

At Vertex Biolabs, quality assurance is a key part of our business, and we believe in being transparent about our testing process.

All products supplied by Vertex Biolabs undergo internal quality checks before being made available to customers. In addition, we regularly submit selected products from our inventory for independent third-party laboratory analysis to verify identity and purity.

To keep prices affordable while maintaining high standards, we carry out random third-party testing on selected products and batches rather than testing every batch. This allows us to maintain a balance between quality assurance and value for our customers.

Our minimum accepted standard is 99% purity.

Since Vertex Biolabs was established in 2023, we have had only one randomly tested sample fall below this standard. Although the result achieved 98.2% purity, which is still considered a strong result, it did not meet our internal requirements. As a result, we chose not to purchase or supply that batch.

We are also proud to say that, since launching Vertex Biolabs, we have never received a complaint regarding the quality of our products.

Independent Laboratory Testing

When we first introduced third-party testing, we used Janoshik Analytical, a well-known testing laboratory within the peptide industry.

However, as our business continued to grow, we reviewed our testing processes and felt that working with a dedicated UK-based testing provider would offer additional benefits in terms of communication, turnaround times, transparency, and accessibility for our customers.
