In general, unreconstituted products should be kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once reconstituted, products are typically stored in a refrigerator between 2°C and 8°C and should be used within the recommended timeframe. Always ensure vials are kept sealed and out of reach of children.

Yes, as soon as your parcel is dispatched, you will automatically receive confirmation of this and be able to track your package until delivered.
