Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched.
We only accept returns or replacements in the following circumstances:
- The item received is damaged or defective
- The item received is incorrect
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Refunds
Refunds are issued at our discretion and will only be considered if:
- The product is faulty or damaged on arrival
- The wrong item has been sent
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Due to the sensitive nature of these products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind
